Problem is food insecurity and Hunger

Food insecurity affects 1 in 6 people and nearly 1 in 4 children

Solution to provide 1 child, 1 family at a time with nutritionally balanced, stand alone, meals all for the low cost of $.25 per serving!

This problem is not unique to any one region, state, city or town

1 in 6 Americans don't have access to enough food as hunger has NO boundaries. Many people believe the problems associated with hunger are confined to small pockets of society, certain areas of the country, or certain neighborhoods, but the reality is much different. Hunger affects all social economic status.

Right now, millions of Americans are struggling with hunger. These are often hard-working adults, children and seniors who simply cannot make ends meet and are forced to go without food for several meals, or even days.

  • 41% of households served by food organizations have at least 1 working adult in the household
  • 25% of adults interviewed during a Hunger study have attended college or a technical school
  • More than 17.5 million children are living in food-insecure households
  • The lack of adequate nutrition affects the cognitive and behavioral development as well as physical growth causing irritability, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating
  • Limited resources prevent 50 Million Americans from getting enough food
  • 69% have to weight between paying their electric bill or purchasing food
  • 29% are Children
  • 19% are elderly on a fixed budget
