Donation Refund Policy

Hunger Fight is grateful for the generosity and support of our donors. Contributions made to Hunger Fight help us fulfill our mission of ending hunger and illiteracy through meal packaging programs, food distribution, educational initiatives, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships.
General Policy
Donations made to Hunger Fight are generally considered final and non-refundable.
As a nonprofit organization, we rely on charitable contributions to fund our programs and services. Once a donation has been processed, the funds are typically committed to supporting our mission and operations.
Donation Errors
If you believe a donation was made in error, was processed incorrectly, or if you experience an issue with your contribution, please contact us as soon as possible.
Examples may include:
- An accidental duplicate donation
- An incorrect donation amount
- An unauthorized transaction
- Technical errors related to donation processing
Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted within thirty (30) days of the donation date.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Hunger Fight reserves the right to determine whether a refund will be granted based on the circumstances of the request.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Recurring Donations
Donors who participate in recurring giving programs may cancel future donations at any time by contacting Hunger Fight or managing their recurring gift through the applicable donor portal, if available.
Cancellation of future recurring donations does not automatically qualify previous donations for a refund.
Event Registrations and Sponsorships
Certain fundraising events, sponsorships, registrations, or special campaigns may be subject to separate refund policies or event-specific terms. Any such terms will be communicated at the time of registration or participation.
Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, please allow a reasonable amount of time for processing and for the funds to be credited back to your account by your financial institution or payment provider.
