We are very excited to be working with Hunger Fight! Their nutritionally balanced meals will provide essential resources for our children's nutrition and mobile pantry programs. With 1 out of 4 children in our community food insecure, the contribution that Hunger Fight will make is significant in the fight to SOLVE hunger in north Florida.

"I am overjoyed to find Hunger Fight here in Northeast Florida. For 10 years my husband and I have been going to Haiti on mission trips. I have seen extreme poverty beyond imagination. In 2007/2008, I lived in Haiti while finishing my daughter's adoption. We lived day to day. With no regular electricity and refrigeration, the groups we lived with relied on 'Meals in a Bag'. Needing only boiling water to prepare these meals was extremely important. Being a nurse, I learned that these meals provided all the nutritional value needed for the day. Being a third world country, nutrition is needed to prevent malnutrition and promote a stronger immune system to fight diseases.
