Many families right here in our own communities are not sure where their next meal will come from. What better gift to give during the holidays than the gift of meals for their family? Thanks to the Jarod Wilson Foundation, 13,776 meals were packed. 250 bags filled with two of each of Hunger Fight’s meals, a Holiday book written by a local author, a Christmas toy, and a Christmas treat were given to local families in need. Included in these bags was a recipe and an inspiring quote from Jarrod Wilson and Desaray of the Jarrod Wilson Foundation. The bags were distributed to locations in downtown Jacksonville including Sanctuary on 8th, Overflow Health Alliance, DuPont YMCA, and Household of Faith.
